Disregard 'buffer time'/'same-day' for Admin bookings

Allow the Store Admin freely create and modify the appointments independent of what is set for the Online Store. This is regarding the buffer time and same-day booking.
"Same-day booking" is disabled for the Online Store but, the Store Admin might need to reschedule an appointment to the current day or create a manual booking for the actual day.

In some cases, we make exceptions to our regular appointment parameters. I would like to be able to, as the admin, schedule back to back appointments as needed.

The general request is for admin to book and overbook any appointment at any time without taking to account the current availability the system is suggesting.
